The Spray Room at CPi's location is a 13 ft x 15 ft room with an open studwall configuration. The studs have a custom fit card board backing which also for a very quick and easy exchange from a filled stud to a brand new clean stud ready for more spraying. The Spray Room has an E-20 hooked up right outside as well as IP-02s and a Fusion Air Purge gun. Safety is a major concern that gets all of the attention it needs with a full ventillation system installed in the room as well as all the required fresh air equipment to ensure a safe and healthy experience while learning to spray foam and other polyureas.

Developing a new foam or polyurea product and need a room to spray test?
CPi and Foam School have a fully ventillated spray room equipped with a
proportioner, spray guns, and everything else you will need for your to fully
test your developing products. Our spay room has three complete stud walls with
removable cardboard inserts for quick and easy replacement of filled cavities
with new clean spaces. Our Seminar Room also can house up to 20 people and comes
complete with a large screen projector and full audio equipment for any sort of
